Terms Of Service
I reserve the right to decline any commission under any circumstances.♦ Commissions usually take less than a month to complete.
♦ After receiving the invoice, please proceed to payment within 48 hours. Waiting too long will result in cancellation and blacklisting for future collaborations.
♦ Price reductions (% OFF) and additions (+%) are based off the base price.
♦ Payment: Upfront, 100%, Paypal or Stripe.
♦ Refunds: I do not offer refunds.
♦ Termination: If the client fails to respond to the approval of a revision from me for a period longer than 28 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or delivery.
♦ Revisions: Defined on prices page. These cannot lead to backtracking, nor increase the amount of work planned.
♦ Deadline: 4 months starting from the day of payment. Work-In-Progress files are available upon request at any stage of the creation progress.
♦ Public Privacy: I reserve the right to use and publish any artwork and work-in-progress on my social media, Patreon, streaming platforms, as well as portfolio/websites.
♦ General-use License: You can use the artwork for your personal usage and on social media as long as you credit me. This includes use for VTuber social media but not for Twitch dedicated graphics such as animated screens, panels or banners. Artworks cannot be reused or modified without my consent.
♦ Commercial Use License transfers the ownership of the rights from the artist to the buyer. The owner of the license is still required to credit the artist whenever the commissioned work is used and/or displayed. The owner of the Commercial Use License has the right to use the commission as merchandise to sell, promote, distribute, produce, and any other commercial purpose that does not involve modifying the product or negatively impacting the artist. The specific terms must be negotiated beforehand through the following options.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, virtual decentralized markets, or AI-generated art. Use of any of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with these is strictly prohibited.
